Notes
- The goal difference of Armeets II (Sofia) is unknown.
- On 9 October 1963 CDNA (Sofia) and FD Cherveno zname (Sofia) merge into a single FD, built on organizational and territorial basis, named CSKA Cherveno zname. The organization encompasses the military personnel as well as the territory of I Leninski rayon of the city (the Southeastern part of Sofia), which before the merger is within the scope of FD Cherveno zname. At the moment of the merger the group features the representative team of FD Cherveno zname as well as CDNA's sporten klub - Armeets. Following the merger the team of Cherveno zname finishes the season under the name of Armeets, while the team that started the season under the same name is renamed to Armeets II. Following either round 10 or 11 Armeets II withdraws. Its results still count and its opponents until the end of the season are awarded 3:0 wins. During the period of 17-21 February 1964 Armeets is renamed to Chavdar.
- During the period of 1 January-15 May 1964 Benkovski (Daskalovo) is renamed to Struma.
