Notes
- On 26 October 1962 in Pernik is created FD Metalurg, which encompasses the Lenin (Iztok) and Moshino parts of the town, as well as all factory and other sports teams in that area. The football team of Metalurg is based on the team of DMZ "Lenin" (which started the season in this group). As this is also the higher placed team in the football pyramid within the structure of the new FD, it continues the season as the representative team of Metalurg.
- At a point in time between 14th and 22nd rounds DHZ "Georgi Dimitrov" (Kostinbrod) is renamed to Himik.
- Notes on worker fizkulturni kolektivi teams:
- VIF "Georgi Dimitrov" - fizkulturen kolektiv of Vissh institut za fizkultura "Georgi Dimitrov" (later Natsionalna sportna akademia, higher sports education) that is part of FD Akademik;
- ZhPZ "Georgi Dimitrov" - fizkulturen kolektiv of Zhelezopaten zavod "Georgi Dimitrov" (railway industry factory) that is part of FD Lokomotiv;
- Zavod 12 (Sofia) - fizkulturen kolektiv of Zavod 12 (acumulator and combustion engines factory, later "Sredets" eletrocar and motocar factory) that is part of FD Slavia;
- MSZ "Struma" (Pernik) - fizkulturen kolektiv of Mashinostroitelen zavod "Struma" (mining, metallurgy and building machinery factory) that is part of FD Minyor.
