Notes - On 23 July 1962 the "Naroden sport" newspaper informs that Balkan (Gabrovo) is dissolved and two new clubs are created in the city at its place - Chardafon and Orlovets. Chardafon takes Balkan's place in Severna B RFG, while Orlovets is included in ZFG "Yantra". - During the spring part of the season Lokomotiv (Dryanovo) is deducted 6 points for using an ineligible player. At the end of the season this penalty is revoked. - During the early stages of the spring part of the season DVTK "Georgi Genev" (Gabrovo) withdraws or is excluded from the group. Its results still count and its opponents until the end of the season are awarded 3:0 wins. - DZZ (Gorna Oryahovitsa) probably withdraws before the start of the next season; which saves DMZ (Gabrovo) from relegation. top
