Notes
- Although it represents the administrative center of the obshtina Kocherinovo, KMZ "Nikola Vaptsarov" is situated in the nearby village of Barakovo.
- On 1 July 1964 BFF announces a decision that as of 1964/65 all ZFG are to be composed of 14 teams each. As a result KMZ "Nikola Vaptsarov" (Kocherinovo) avoids relegation and an additional team is promoted from the okrazhni grupi. The reason why DZS "Dupnishka komuna" (Stanke Dimitrov) doesn't also avoid relegation instead is unknown.
