Notes
- On 23 February 1964 in Varna is created FD Lokomotiv, which encompasses the sports teams of the workers in transportation, commerce, administration, utilities services and small-scale factories. FD Septemvri, which up to this moment exists with the same scope, is disbanded. Lokomotiv, which up to that point participates in the group as a fizkulturen kolektiv of the transportation workers that is part of FD Septemvri, becomes the representative football team of the new FD.
- On 1 July 1964 BFF announces a decision that as of 1964/65 all ZFG are to be composed of 14 teams each. As a result Georgi Dimitrov (Kardam) and Lokomotiv (Varna) avoid relegation.
- Notes on worker fizkulturni kolektivi teams:
- DTK "Parvi may" (Varna) - fizkulturen kolektiv of Darzhaven tekstilen kombinat "Parvi may" (yarn and textile factory) that is part of one of the three FD in the city;
- Korabostroitel (Varna) - sporten klub of Korabostroitelen i koraboremonten zavod (KKZ) "Georgi Dimitrov" (ship building and repair) that is part of FD Cherno more.
