Околийски и зонови квалификации

Регламент
  - В квалификациите имат право да участват всички отбори извън Републиканската футболна дивизия.
  - Квалификациите протичат първо в рамките на околиите, до излъчването на околийски първенци.
  - Околийските първенци се разпределят в шест географск зони - североизточна, северозападна, софийска, югозападна, южна и югоизточна. Квалификациите продължават в рамките на зоните, до излъчването на победител във всяка една зона.

Северозападна зона: Септември (Плевен)
Софийска зона: Динамо (София)
Югозападна зона: Рудничар (Перник)
Южна зона: Спартак (Пазарджик)
Югоизточна зона: Партизан (Ямбол)
