ZS na BFS - Sofia decides to invite the top two teams of each oblast to participate in the qualifiers. Those are Natsional (Sofia) and Nadezhda (Dobroslavtsi) from A OG Sofia (stolitsa); OFK Kostenets (Kostenets) and Etropole (Etropole) from A OG Sofia; FK Pernik (Pernik) and Vitosha (Dolna Dikanya) from OG Pernik; Levski Valtata (Samuilovo) and Mesta 1929 (Hadzhidimovo) from A OG Blagoevgrad; Septemvri 2005 (Zhabokrat) and Chervena zvezda 2021 (Cherven breg) from OG Kyustendi; and Bratsigovo (Bratsigovo) and Balkan 1952 (Varvara) from A OG Pazardzhik.
Septemvri 2005 (Zhabokrat) and Chervena zvezda 2021 (Cherven breg) don't cover the criteria for participation in the qualifiers as they don't have at least one active youth team.
Mesta 1929 (Hadzhidimovo) and Balkan 1952 (Varvara) decline participation.
The remaining 8 teams contest 2 places in  Yugozapadna Treta liga.
